Best movie ever.

I`m not worthy!

Well.

Quite frankly, I was impressed. Usually when people say something in the authors comments about not commenting unless you've made stuff before usually suggests that the movie is sub-par, but aside from the slightly geometric characters the end result was good. And about the voices they were accually a good fit for most of the characters, especially missy. One of them sounded a bit like they had a speech impediment, but it didnt deter from the overall experience. And finally, the accual coreographing with the music was good. Although it was part matrix soundtrack the end result was far exceeding what I had expected. The effort here is visible.

Well then...

It wasn't exactly what I was expecting. I saw this daily feature, and I thought to myself that this might be something of decent quality, considering it was awarded daily feature. However as soon as I clicked play things seemed to go downhill. I'm not exactly sure what was wrong with it, being the obnoxious low-quality voices, or just the sketchy, mal-proportional art that bugged me, just something isn't right here. Now despite the fact that the movie wasnt terrible, I started reading through the reviews and your comments. I was distraught. "Yeah, I'm talk to you little fucking 12-14 year olds." Well anyone that swears that frequently and types like a wanker matches the basic 12-14 year olds I've seen. "Thanks man.I really appreciate it that you and your fellow assholes keep proving my theory right that people who give bad rates never made flash movies themseleves." Behold, I make flash movies, and personally I think this movie was terrible. Thus, wrong again you are. I mean, the points you make are all very false and make yourself out to be just another one of those 12-14 year old wankers who churns out annoying, pointless flashes that somehow find there way to feature of the day.

RogerregoRRoger responds:

Hmmm, okay a couple things...First of all not all reviews are written by my but bustin also helps, and he is indeed cursing a lot hehehe.
socondly i am aware that im not Jezus, and am giving my thoughts, my feelings, not not facts(just like the reviews doing). Thirdly, not all bad reviews are made by 12 and 14 year olds and people who didnt make flashmovies, but MOST of them are.SOrry if i wasnt so clear. Final comment, i never chose to be daily feature okay?I just made a flashmovie, a lot of people like it, and if you are ONLY watching movies who are on the rontpage, and think all people in the world draw like disney, then i can imagine your dissapointment. Should you take the time to watch the movies made by normal people, you should discover that im not THAT bad. ahum...
Okay, so...CAn i now call this guy an asshole mommy?

Ok.

I thought that this was quite good. It has good style as well has a high framerate. Now I could be wrong, but I have only a few gripes. One: Not quite enough animation. The walk cycles for dirge, cerberus, and zoe are great and pretty, but they were a bit over-used don't you think? He used the same walk cycles and just tweened them countless times. I can get over that, the action scenes were fine. But with characters like cerberus, the lack of animation is intolerable. In fact, for the cerberus running cycle and static 3/4 veiw (way to overused), I am almost 100% sure that you traced steele from balto. I pulled up an image very similar, and take a look people, www.lionking.org/~silver/balto/images/pict7.jpg
Is it just me, or is there an uncanny striking similarity? Yeah. Thats what I thought. I looked a good while for the running cycle he traced, but I have it on VHS. In the beginning of the movie when the two sleds are racing and balto is leading the front, the traced scene is one of the angles in which they are going paralell to the crowds on either side, moving down the alleyway in hot pursuite of steeles sled. Yeah. I know Balto backwards and forwards, and let me tell you, you aren't fooling me.

What the FUCK just happened?

I was watching your movie at an average speed (quite awesome visuals I might add) and yet at the end my comp started lagging terribly and I almost crashed. Bit big there.. 7 meg file btw. Nice movie altogether though.

T__T There goes my chance

There goes my chance to get feature of the day. I was looking at all the flashes today and it looked good in my favor, then you showed up. >__O
However my only gripe was that you were "inspired" from the powerpuff girls and FLCL too much. In fact you took their sound effects and soundtrack. But by far, this is way better then mine. Check it out if you will. Its called Owarigoro.

Why the FUCK would you submit something twice.

Maybe the whole reason it didnt get any response before was for a reason. I submitted one of my movies when Retarded Animal Babies 6 came out, and I didnt get huge responses, but did I go and submit my fucking movie again? No. You seriously need to rethink your priorities here, double submitting deserves some kind of demerit.

HappySquid responds:

Hi. We submitted it again because we wanted to see if people actually liked this style. We did it mainly for feedback. We didn't do it to get a "huge response". We did it to get *A* response. Sorry you didn't get that, but that's not reason to vote a zero on it. I would have liked for you to have put a response to the actual flash movie, but I guess you didn't like it either way. By the way, about the demerit thing, that was a good idea. I think should also give demerits for submitting previews for flash movies that never actually come out. Good day.

Woah.

That was quite sweet. Make the next one as fast as you possibly can. Go.

I want to die.
